About Penrose

Penrose is situated at Sims Drive. It is a jointed venture between City Developments (CDL) and Intrepid Investments of Hong Leong Group. The two companies agreed to develop the residential condominium with a 60:40 ownership ratio.

Penrose site covers 174,646.6sqft (16,225.2sqm) and anticipated to house about 566 residential units with a childcare centre. The building will comprise of 17 or 18-storey buildings. Expected T.O.P 1 Oct 2025. Lease from 3 July 2019. Maintenance fees range from $278 to 379 per month.

Penrose is built by established P&T Consultants Pte Ltd (Architect) and Ecoplan Asia Pte Ltd (Landscape Designer). Of course, nevertheless, Lian Beng Construction (1988) Pte Ltd is their main constructor whom have given track record in the property market.
